Assembly
The assembly of your cable is largely automated. This ensures consistently high quality and at the same time significantly reduces production costs.
This includes cutting the cable to length, stripping the cable sheath and the conductor, but also crimping contacts such as wire end sleeves or ring cable lugs and assembling some plug connections. Modern machines are also available for production steps such as potting or overmoulding cable connections for strain relief and protection against moisture and dust, tinning or labelling the cable sheath.
This minimises the amount of manual work required, which makes for a highly competitive offer.
